This document constitutes a public offer (an offer to enter into an agreement) made by Individual Entrepreneur Halyna Hennadiivna Kryminska, Tax Identification Number 3563915065 (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”), addressed to any individual with full legal capacity.
This document has been prepared in accordance with Articles 633, 641, and 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and establishes the terms and conditions for participating in tours and purchasing products through the website https://mriinuku.com.ua/. https://mriinuku.com.ua/.
By placing an order and making a payment, you fully and unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions.
1.1. Website — the website https://mriinuku.com.ua/.
1.2. Service Provider — Individual Entrepreneur Halyna Hennadiivna Kryminska, whose registration and contact details are provided in Section 10.
1.3. Customer — an individual with full legal capacity who places an order through the Website.
1.4. Tour — an organized cultural trip within Ukraine arranged by the Service Provider according to the itinerary published on the Website.
1.5. Merchandise — products sold by the Service Provider through the Website.
1.6. Order — a request submitted by the Customer through the Website to participate in a Tour or purchase Merchandise.
1.7. Booking Deposit — a portion of the Tour price (UAH 5,000) paid to secure the Customer's place on the Tour.
1.8Acceptance — the Customer's full and unconditional acceptance of this public offer by placing an Order and making either full payment or paying the Booking Deposit.
1.9. Tour-Specific Terms — the dates, price, itinerary, and additional details provided on the relevant Tour page. If these terms differ from the general Terms and Conditions, the Tour-Specific Terms shall prevail.
2.1. The Service Provider organizes Tours and sells Merchandise, while the Customer agrees to pay for them in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
2.2. These Terms and Conditions apply equally to all Customers.
2.3. By making a payment, the Customer confirms that they have read and understood this public offer, the Refund Policy, and the itinerary of the selected Tour.
3.1. The Customer selects a Tour or Merchandise on the Website and reviews its description, price, and applicable terms.
3.2. Orders are placed through the Website. The Customer must provide accurate contact information (name, phone number, and email address) and is responsible for its accuracy.
3.3. The agreement is considered concluded upon Acceptance.
4.1. Tour prices and dates are specified on the relevant Tour pages. All payments are made in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH).
4.2. To secure a place on a Tour, the Customer must pay a Booking Deposit of UAH 5,000 or the full Tour price.
4.3. If a Booking Deposit has been paid, the remaining balance must be paid no later than three weeks before the Tour begins.
4.4. Payments can be made by bank card through the WayForPay payment service or by bank transfer to the Service Provider's account.
4.5. The conditions for booking cancellations and refunds are governed by the separate Refund Policypublished on the Website.
5.1. The Tour itinerary, accommodation, transportation, and accompanying services are described on the relevant Tour page.
5.2. The Tour itinerary may be modified due to weather conditions, venue availability, or other circumstances beyond our control. Participants will be notified of any changes in advance.
5.3. The Tour takes place at the locations and on the dates specified in the itinerary. No physical delivery is involved.
6.1. Merchandise descriptions and prices are provided on the relevant product pages.
6.2. Merchandise payments are made using the methods specified in Section 4.4.
6.3. Merchandise is delivered through Nova Poshta. Self-pickup is not available.
6.4. Delivery costs are paid by the Customer according to the carrier's rates. Free delivery is not available.
6.5. Orders are dispatched within 5 days after payment.
6.6. Merchandise returns are governed by the separate Refund Policy.
7.1. The Service Provider undertakes to:
- Provide Tour services in accordance with the published itinerary.
- Inform Customers of any changes to the Tour itinerary.
- Hand over paid Merchandise to the delivery carrier within the specified timeframe.
7.2. The Service Provider has the right to:
- - Modify the Tour itinerary in accordance with Section 5.2.
Cancel bookings in cases specified in these Terms and Conditions and the Refund Policy.
7.3. The Customer undertakes to:
- - Pay for Orders on time.
- Arrive at the designated meeting point at the specified time.
- Follow safety regulations and the instructions of the accompanying guide.
- Treat property at visited locations and accommodation facilities with care.
7.4. The Customer has the right to:
- - Receive Tour services in accordance with the published itinerary.
- Cancel participation in a Tour in accordance with the Refund Policy.;
- Return Merchandise in accordance with the Refund Policy..
8.1. The Parties are liable for failure to fulfill their obligations in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
8.2. The Service Provider shall not be held liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to force majeure circumstances, including military actions, air raid alerts, government restrictions, natural disasters, transportation or communication disruptions, and other events beyond the Service Provider's control.
8.3. This public offer does not limit the Customer's rights as a consumer under Ukrainian law.
9.1. The Customer agrees to the processing of their personal data (name, phone number, and email address) for the purpose of fulfilling the Order and communicating with them.
9.2. Personal data is shared only to the extent necessary to fulfill the Order, including with the payment service provider, the delivery carrier (for Merchandise), and in cases required by law.
9.3. Further information regarding the processing and protection of personal data is provided in the Privacy Policypublished on the Website.
Services offered through https://mriinuku.com.ua/ are provided by Individual Entrepreneur Halyna Hennadiivna Kryminska.

11.1. Complaints should be submitted to the Service Provider's email address specified in Section 10.
11.2. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiations. If the Parties fail to reach an agreement, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
12.1. This public offer enters into force upon publication on the Website and remains valid until replaced by a new version.
12.2. The Service Provider may amend this public offer by publishing an updated version on the Website. The version in effect at the time of Acceptance shall apply to the Customer.
